As we broke 39,000 Likes this week, we learned that after reaching 10,000 Likes on Facebook, only a small percentage of our fans will see our updates ever again.
Unbelievably, this small percentage is 1% to 2% of our total Likes on Facebook. In other words, up to 700 of our 10,000 fans will ever see our QD Memes and Educational Articles moving forward.
As we are an Educational Website, your shares, likes and comments are important for the nursing community. Without your loyalty and interaction, QD Nurses would not be what it is today.

For our mobile users, unfortunately, this can only be done on a desktop as Facebook has not allowed this option on mobile yet.
Below are instructions to follow on how to do this on the desktop or laptop.
Desktop/Laptop Users, it is a 3 step process:
- Go to https://facebook.com/qdnurses.
- Hover over the “Like” Button and a new menu will show.
